May 30, 2011 (FPRC) -- Over ?10,000 Writers' Awards are being launched by a leading publishing expert. The awards will give writers the chance to win cash, as well as a place on an exclusive mentoring programme designed to accelerate their writing career.

The awards are being launched by Stephanie J Hale, founder of Oxford Literary Consultancy, and former Assistant Director of the prestigious creative writing programme at Oxford University.

Stephanie is author of 'Millionaire Women, Millionaire You' and director of the annual Millionaire Bootcamp for Women.

She went from 'unknown' author to ?500,000 sales... appearing in a Hollywood movie... and international acclaim after being mentored by numerous millionaire entrepreneurs.
Since then, she's helped over 5000+ authors around the world to write, promote and sell their books.

The awards are for all genres of fiction and non-fiction books, whether finished or unfinished. Published, self-published, and unpublished books are all eligible.

Writers must submit a one-page synopsis, plus the opening page of their book, by 1 June 2012. Winners will be judged on the basis of their commercial potential and marketability.

You must be a subscriber to Stephanie's free 'Rich Writer, Poor Writer' Newsletter to enter the awards.

Stephanie, who has also been an adviser on literature for The Arts Council of England, said. 'Publishing is about survival of the fittest these days. One of the strange ironies is that many bestselling authors, who are household names, are earning peanuts. Yet many successful authors, who are making six and seven figures, are often unheard of. They are using 'under the radar' strategies that most writers don't even know about.'
